I know you have been wondering why I have not been blogging lately. The main reason is so hard to think about as well as write about. My dear husband went into the hospital to have a kidney removed on December 14th. He had a cancerous mass the size of a golf ball. There were complications and lots of bleeding which caused us to almost lose him. They had to remove the spleen and the kidney. We are into our third week in the hospital and hopefully we will be able to go home this Friday. I just found out that the hospital had WiFi. My laptop could not detect anything wireless but Information Systems came up and connected me after 2 weeks of not knowing I could have this done. Thanks to a great nurse. The good news is that the mass was contained in the kidney they removed and my husband does not have to have any treatments.
I’d also like to let you know that some things have not been available at my Tupperware Site because around the middle of December there was a fire at our main warehouse and it burned to the ground with all the Tupperware. Most items have been replaced by our makers who worked around the clock. There are only a few items in the Spring 2008 catalog that are not available at this time but for the most part everything has been replaced.
